Terms and Conditions of Sales
1. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on the item(s) you have purchased from us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply call us within 24 hours of receiving your merchandise and we will issue a full refund less shipping, handling, & insurance. Credit card purchases have a 10% restocking fee. All sales are final if you have a custom order. You must call within 24 hours or a credit will be issued to be used on other merchandise.
2. We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover at no additional charge.
3. Personal checks are accepted, but will be held until funds clear. There will be a $28.00 charge for all returned checks. Please do not send cash in the mail.
4. We will gladly hold an item for 24 hours with a credit card. All memorabilia is sold on a first come-first serve basis. No sale is considered final until payment is made.
5. California sales tax of 7.75% will be charged where applicable.
6. All items are shipped via the U.P.S.
7. No refunds on custom orders.
Shipping, Handling & Insurance Charges
Items that are extra large or heavy may be subject to additional charge. Express Mail and Overnight Delivery are subject to weight and zone charges. Please call for additional information. |
